By creating an account or using Estibsar (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Estibsar provides market-analysis tools, charts, AI-generated commentary, and related features for metals, forex, and cryptocurrency instruments. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. AI-generated content and analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for evaluating the risks of any trade. Trading leveraged instruments carries a high risk of loss and may not be suitable for everyone.
4. Market data
Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, interrupted, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data and are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
6. Subscriptions and billing
New accounts include a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reselling or redistributing data or content without authorization, attempting to circumvent access controls, scraping at scale, or interfering with the Service's operation.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estibsar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
